1 Are regular backups in place, and has a restore ever been tested?
2 Is multi-factor authentication (MFA) active for email and cloud services?
3 Are operating systems, programs and network devices such as routers or firewalls updated regularly?
4 Do employees only have the access rights they need for their work?
5 Are administrator accounts separate from normal work accounts and especially protected?
6 Is there an emergency plan that defines who does what in a serious incident?
7 Are employees trained regularly on phishing and safe behaviour?
8 Do you use a password manager instead of notes or reused passwords?
9 Are SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up for your domain?
10 Are company devices encrypted and centrally managed?
