IT freelancer placement and project sourcing. We bring IT professionals and suitable projects together.
Talk about TechforceWhat we do
Good IT projects need the right people at the right time. Techforce brings companies and self-employed IT professionals together, with a feel for professional fit and collaboration. We align expectations openly and work with suitable profiles rather than volume. For companies with project needs and for freelancers looking for new assignments.
- Placement of IT freelancers →We connect companies with self-employed IT professionals, with an eye on professional profile, availability and fit within the team.
- Project sourcing for professionals →For freelancers we look for suitable projects and coordinate requirements, timeframe and terms transparently.
- Tailored profiles instead of mass mailing →We only send profiles that match the requirements and discuss them with both sides beforehand. This saves time and avoids wasted effort.
- Transparent coordination between all parties →Framework, process and expectations are agreed clearly up front. The contractual and legal arrangements remain with the parties involved.
