Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Prepaid-Host (sole proprietorship of Christopher Sakel, Im Eichengrund 10, 37170 Uslar, Germany). When the website is accessed, the web server processes technically necessary data, such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser information. This serves secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting provider keeps the log files for 30 days. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider. Our email mailbox and mail server are also operated there.

Contact

If you use the contact form or write to us, we process your name, email address, optionally your company, the chosen topic and your message in order to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The message is transmitted by SMTP to our email mailbox. We delete the data once the request is dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Cookies

To protect against misuse, the contact form uses a technically necessary session with a session cookie. It usually expires when the browser is closed (§ 25(2) TDDDG). We do not use tracking or marketing cookies.

No third-party integrations

This website does not include analytics tools, external fonts or third-party scripts.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent given at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA) in Ansbach.
